Solomon Endale is the Country Manager for BENELUX at Ethiopian Airlines Group, a role he has held since August 2024. He has been with Ethiopian Airlines since April 2003. Solomon represents Ethiopian Airlines in the BAR Belgium and has served as a Board Member since December 2024. Throughout his career at Ethiopian Airlines, he has held various managerial and director positions, including District Finance Manager for the Europe Region based in Belgium from 2017 to 2021. Solomon holds MBA from The Open University, London, and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management from Addis Ababa University.
